Inman News provided a Zillow report showing that:
Home values essentially held steady May to June as volume of sales rose 3.8% 23% of single family homes were underwater during the second quarter
22% of all home sales in June were foreclosure resales
29% of homes sold in June sold for less than their owners originally paid
As of the end of July, in Barnstable County, single family sales $300,000 and under had an absorption rate of 6 months, but single family sales over $1,000,000 had an absorption rate of 6.3 years
